Dine Out For A Cause

On May 8, 2017, culinary students from The Art Institute of California—San Francisco, a campus of Argosy University, hosted a benefit dinner for the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center. The students are in the culinary practicum class and the event took place at the school’s student-run restaurant, UN Bistro. The event included a menu of Asian pear salad, gazpacho shooter, skirt steak with shrimp, and grilled peaches with vanilla ice cream.
