Portfolio restaurant is a student-run restaurant that's open to the public. Located at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Seattle, Portfolio Restaurant serves as the dining lab for the school's culinary students, offering a unique combination of real-world experience and instructional content.
At our full service restaurant, students prepare meals and serve patrons under the supervision of Chef Instructor David Wynne and Restaurant Manager Paul Charbonnier. Portfolio Restaurant is a complete instructional environment for students that offers an exciting dining experience to its patrons.
Portfolio restaurant is located at: 2601-A Elliott Avenue on the Fifth Floor Northwest corner of Elliott and Vine.

Join The Art Institutes system of schools as we explore “The Meal” Through the Arts by showcasing original recipes created by our own culinary students. For every transaction that takes place May 14-18, The Art Institutes will make a $10 donation supporting No Kid Hungry.
