For Winter Quarter 2016, the Portfolio Restaurant is open to the public Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays starting January 20 and ending March 18.
Reservations are available from 5:30pm - 6:45pm.
The restaurant will be closed Friday, February 19, 2016.

The Portfolio Restaurant serves as an educational "real experience" industry lab for our advanced Culinary Arts students at The Art Institute of Seattle. These students present a tempting multi-course menu emphasizing fresh seasonal favorites, they prepare all of your courses, and they serve you, too.
