Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Reservations are available from 5:30pm – 6:45pm.

The Portfolio Restaurant allows our Advanced Culinary students to apply what they have learned through the Culinary Arts program in a live restaurant,
providing them with "real industry" experience.
The students prepare and serve a seasonally focused, multi-course menu
emphasizing fresh, local ingredients.
Under the leadership of industry professionals, these students hone their skills and delight our patrons while taking their final steps to become Culinary Professionals.
