Reservations are available from 5:30pm – 6:45pm.

The Portfolio Restaurant serves as an educational “real industry” experience for our advanced Culinary Arts students at The Art Institute of Seattle.
These students present a tempting multi-course menu emphasizing fresh, seasonal favorites. They prepare all of your courses and they serve you, too.
