For Spring Quarter 2015 the Portfolio Restaurant is open Wednesday April 16, 2015 until Friday June 12, 2015. The restaurant is open Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and reservations are available from 5:30pm – 6:45pm. Come enjoy our spring menu prepared and served by our advanced Culinary Students with of view of thew city, Elliott Bay and beyond.
