The Bistro is the student-run dining facility at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California —Silicon Valley, a campus of Argosy University. The menu is created by chefs and students in the a la carte class, and changes seasonally. Flavor influences come from the students' American Regional, Latin American, World Cuisine, Asian Cuisine, and Classical European Cuisine, and Pastry classes.
As part of our green initiative—we are a Santa Clara County certified Green Business—our menu has been developed under the 150 mile concept: we source our proteins and vegetables from local, sustainable sources located within a 150 mile radius. These items and their sources are identified on the menu.
